Sabrina is truly an exceptional, warm yoga instructor.
I have been into yoga for a few years, but I haven’t grown this much in such a short period of time with anybody else.
It’s not just a collection of poses she demonstrates, but a simultaneous and impressively clear articulation of the transitions between them.
She ensures each class is a new experience, so we never get bored and somehow it always feels like I get what I need.
Unsurprisingly, the community of yogis surrounding her are really good people too. Yoga with Bri isn’t just yoga, it’s a therapeutic group experience.

I am lucky to have met Sabrina when she was starting off her teaching journey. I grew up doing competitive sports which totally ruined my body. I am one of those people who constantly complaints about my back hurting and taking her classes consistently over the past couple of months have made my body feel brand new! I take her Monday and Wednesday night Zoom yoga classes which have been amazing! These online classes are great because you can take them from anywhere! She’s does and exceptional job explaining and talking through the different poses. She even allows people to stay after and talk to her or ask questions which has been very beneficial for me since I only take her online classes. She is very kind and extremely helpful to her students, especially when they need help. I highly recommend her classes to anyone who struggles with an achy body or wants to gain more mobility/ flexibility!! Her class passes are a fantastic deal as well, especially since they work for her Zoom classes and her in person classes! I am so grateful for the opportunity to learn from Sabrina!

If you are looking for a peaceful and guided practice then you should definitely try Sabrina’s yoga classes. From the very first class, I loved Sabrina’s enthusiasm, patience, and love of yoga. She makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable in each of her classes. Joining Sabrina’s online classes was the best decision for my sleep, my mental health and for opening up my spirit. I would absolutely recommend Sabrina’s online classes to anyone who is willing to try something new and nourish their mind, body, and spirit!

Sabrina is an amazing instructor and I felt so comfortable doing things I was not comfortable doing before. She walks you through each pose and her words of encouragement are what kept me going! Not going to lie, it was hard at first and I wanted to quit but it was nice knowing I had someone telling me to keep going. I love her classes and she is knowledgeable in what she teaches. I would definitely recommend this online yoga class even if you have never done yoga before!
